Clients agree to pay all fees, retainers, advertising budgets, and associated service costs in accordance with the terms outlined in their service agreement or invoice.
Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruption. Weal Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue accounts or unpaid balances.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or advertising budgets have been allocated.
All website content, branding, graphics, designs, strategies, reports, and proprietary materials created by Weal Ads remain the intellectual property of Weal Ads unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and provided materials. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Weal Ads intellectual property is prohibited.
Weal Ads makes reasonable efforts to deliver effective marketing strategies and professional services; however, we do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, lead volumes, or advertising performance outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weal Ads shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of our services, website, advertising campaigns, or third-party platforms.
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement terms. Weal Ads reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases involving fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Upon termination, outstanding balances and obligations accrued prior to termination remain payable.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these terms or related services shall be resolved through appropriate legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of New York courts.
